Your Tasks:

Customer service and order taking via phone
Correspondence
Creation and evaluation of statistics
Backoffice tasks
Processing of complaints

Your Profile:

Completed vocational training in commerce
At least two years of professional experience
Good MS-Office and Dynamics knowledge
Very good German and good English skills
Team-oriented and communicative work style
