Job description
Your main tasks will be, among others: Supporting the processing of creditors' workflows (accounting etc.) and booking approved invoices Preparation and implementation of the regular creditors' payment process Answering inquiries from customers, suppliers, and other business partners by phone and email Responsibility for maintaining master data in the ERP system Various administrative activities regarding vehicle fleet Requesting and managing guarantees Communication with internal departments and external parties as needed.
