Clerk for Loans & Contract Management (m/f/d) – Munich North | Full-time

On behalf of our partner company in Munich North, we are looking for you as a "Clerk for Loans & Contract Management (m/f/d)" for the earliest possible start date.

Responsibilities

• As a Clerk for Loans & Contract Management (m/f/d), you will process loan inquiries and support their examination.
• Furthermore, you will record and update customer and contract data, and create correspondence as well as invoices.
• In addition, you will prepare contract documents, coordinate shipping, and maintain the electronic document filing system.
• You will also carry out the required identification of contractual partners in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• You will provide support on projects for the optimization and further development of internal processes.

Qualifications

• The foundation is a completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), or industrial clerk (m/f/d).
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a loan clerk (m/f/d), commercial clerk (m/f/d), or contract management clerk (m/f/d).
• You have a confident command of MS Office and reliably familiarize yourself with digital systems and processes.
• In addition, you possess fluent German and English language skills as well as strong communication skills.
• An independent, proactive, and service-oriented way of working, as well as teamwork skills and reliability, are important.
