International Payment Processing Clerk (m/w/d)
We are looking for numerate International Payment Processing Clerks (m/w/d) in full-time positions to strengthen our team at an international company in Regensburg. Your tasks: Support in international accounts payable processing
Independent review of supplier invoices in close coordination with the departments
Preliminary preparation and support for monthly and annual closings, as well as evaluations and statistics
Self-responsible creation of internal and external data reports
Contact person for customers on all specialized questions
Monitoring of all payment obligations and dunning procedures
Your qualifications: Successfully completed commercial training to become an industrial clerk or equivalent
A pronounced reliable and meticulous working style, as well as a developed affinity for numbers
Independent work style, team, and communication skills
Safe handling of common MS-Office applications
Good English language skills in writing and speaking
