We are currently looking for an HR Assistant (m/w/d) in the Personnel Department on a full-time basis for our office in the Hamburg Port.

Aufgaben

• Preparation and processing of employment contracts
• Administration and updating of personnel files, ensuring data integrity
• Preparation of invoices
• Verification and recording of working hours

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of personnel or in a comparable position, desirable
• Secure MS-Office skills
• PC-literate
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
• Reliability and team spirit
