Working Hours: Full-time or part-time

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality who enjoys juggling numbers, keeping processes under control, and communicating solutions-oriented with tenants.

Your Tasks

• Preparation and review of property cost accounts for residential and commercial properties
• Assignment and control of expense items (utilities, insurance, janitorial services, etc.)
• Processing of rent adjustments (index-based, tiered, and comparative rents)
• Clearing up tenant inquiries about accounts via written and telephone correspondence
• Maintenance and updating of data in our management software
• Collaboration with accounting, technical services, and external service providers

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally a property manager (IHK) (m/w/d)
• Experience in property management, particularly in property cost accounting and rent adjustments
• Knowledge of tenancy law and the Property Cost Ordinance
• Familiarity with MS Office and common management software
• A structured work approach, numerical affinity, and organizational talent
• Professional, service-oriented communication
• Pleasure in teamwork
