If you have successfully completed a commercial training program, then you bring the ideal prerequisites for this position.

• Preparation and editing of complaints and credits
• Maintenance of master data
• Telephone and written customer correspondence
• Processing of orders for domestic, EU, and third-country customers
• Collaboration with our sales team
• Inquiry of credit limits
• Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates

• Cross-industry entrants are welcome
• A commercial training or comparable qualifications
• Experiences in dealing with customers
• Solution-oriented and customer-focused working style
• Conscientious and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Teamwork and collegial attitude
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision)
