dtH Tiemann GmbH was founded in 1967 and has developed into a leading manufacturer in the window and door industry. We are a medium-sized, family-run company in its second generation, which produces and sells windows, front doors, and insect screen solutions made of plastic and aluminum for specialist dealers with almost 400 employees at two locations.

Are you interested in technical questions and looking for a job with development opportunities? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for additional support with order entry. Here you will be responsible for the technical entry of offers and orders for our specialist trade partners.

What makes order entry at dtH Tiemann special? Every element (window or front door) is different and manufactured individually. This makes processing inquiries and orders particularly exciting. You don't just type in article numbers, but proactively engage with the technology and our product.

Your Tasks

• Order and Offer Entry: You will enter orders and offers for windows and front doors, taking technical accuracy into account and using our ERP system.
• Teamwork: You are not alone when it comes to technical ambiguities! In close coordination with technical customer advice, you will find the right way to process your orders and offers. You will also support other areas in sales if needed.

What you bring

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, including (initial) professional experience in internal sales
• Strong technical understanding and interest in technical products and issues
• Industry knowledge and initial experience with building components are an advantage (not a requirement)
• Good knowledge of technical order entry in an ERP system
