Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the implementation of claims management
• Synchronization of debtor accounts
• Clearing of outstanding positions or differences
• Closer exchange with the respective online platforms
• Variational control of collection activities

Our requirements for you:

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification with a focus on debt accounting or finance
• Ideal candidate with several years of experience in claims management
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Self-motivated, structured, and meticulous working style, as well as quick comprehension
• Safe handling of common Microsoft Office programs
• A high degree of self-initiative, team spirit, and a hands-on mentality round out your profile
