Sachbearbeiter im Back Office Export (m/w/d)

The Pfalzmarkt für Obst und Gemüse eG is one of the leading producer cooperatives in Germany and Europe. From our location in Mutterstadt, we control the distribution of over 200 fruit and vegetable varieties – fresh, regional, directly from the producer. To strengthen our export team, we are looking for an engaged personality in the Back Office.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the export team in the smooth processing of international customer orders
• Preparation of delivery papers, invoices and export documents
• Coordination of transports and close cooperation with forwarding agents and logistics service providers
• Maintenance and updating of customer data as well as master data management in the ERP system
• Communication with customers, internal departments and external partners
• General administrative tasks to support daily business operations

You Bring

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, wholesale and foreign trade merchant or comparable
• First professional experience in the export sector or logistics, ideally in the fresh produce sector (fruit & vegetables)
• Familiarity with MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
• Organizational skills, team ability and a structured, self-responsible working style
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are an advantage
