Tasks

• Processing of complete debit and credit card transactions
• Processing of inheritance cases
• Processing of capital gains tax (exemptions and NV certificates etc.)
• Processing of address changes/investigations
• Processing of foreign tax (FATCA/CRS)
• Preparation and management of customer confirmations
• Processing of AWV notification
• Processing of account changes and creditor changes
• Processing of tasks in customer and account management
• Representation of foreign business

Qualification

• Completed banking training or commercial training
• Independent, systematic and effective working style
• Teamwork ability and resilience
• Readiness for further education
• Confident appearance towards other departments
