This is what you'll be doing

As Financial Aid Coordinator and Administrator (m/w/d), you will support the team in all tasks related to research and application for financial aid for our customers, as well as administrative tasks.

The following tasks are included:

• You research and evaluate financial aid options in Germany and Europe
• You create regular summaries of financial aid options for our customers
• You create financial aid checks for our customers
• You support the application process for financial aid
• You coordinate and take responsibility for administrative processes for applied financial aid, such as customer inquiries from funding agencies, deadline monitoring, documentation, etc.
• You support other administrative tasks at MATCHPLAN, such as scheduling coordination, preparation of communication, etc.

Qualification

This is what you should bring:

• You have a commercial education and/or further training in the tax or financial sector
• You communicate gladly, solution-oriented, and with good humor
• You are meticulous, reliable, and self-reliant in your work style
• You work well in a team and convince through your communication strength
• You have digital competencies and already bring experience in remote working
