Payroll Clerk for Wage Accounting with LOGA Knowledge

Our client is an international company specializing in the medical small and large equipment trade, as well as outfitting and medical supplies with its headquarters in Langen and is looking for a payroll clerk to join their team at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Sole responsibility for conducting monthly wage accounting
• Maintenance and verification of relevant data for wage accounting purposes in P&I LOGA and Workday
• Ensuring efficient interface processes between Workday and LOGA
• Processing and controlling time management processes
• Serving as a competent point of contact for employees, department heads, and external parties
• Creating certifications, evaluations, and reports
• Participation in projects and process optimizations
• Support during audits and year-end closing activities

Qualification

• A completed vocational training in business administration and at least 5 years of professional experience. Ideally, with additional qualifications in the field of wage and salary accounting (e.g., as a personnel accountant)
• Familiarity with P&I LOGA, particularly in the modules Payroll, Staff Plan, and Evaluation Generator
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, and employment law
• Practical experience with Workday
• Experience in managing and participating in HR projects
