We are looking for an IT Project Manager Assistant (m/w/d) as soon as possible.
A strong candidate will take over the responsibility for independently conducting IT projects and understand themselves as an internal service provider for the entire company. The main tasks include:
- Introducing new software and/or hardware
- New organization/adjustment of workflows
- Project initiation and planning (roadmap, resources, budget, risk analysis, project assignment) in coordination with the department leadership
- Coordinating participants (employees, service providers, etc.)
- Project management and execution (monitoring progress, risk management, budget monitoring, change management)
- Documented project and related decisions
- Quality assurance (acceptance criteria, testing, documentation control)
- Monitoring compliance with standards
- Communication and reporting (project group, superiors)
- Project acceptance and completion (rollout, final report, retrospective, etc.)
- Ongoing process optimization
- Monitoring server functionality / troubleshooting
- Setting up and maintaining user accounts
- Conducting IT training sessions
- Installing hardware and software components
- Creating and maintaining the hardware inventory
- Participating in planning investments in the EDV/telecommunications area
- Managing licenses
- Administration and documentation of all hardware and software components
- Managing print systems
You have a completed education as an IT specialist, computer scientist or several years of experience as a project manager in the IT sector. Ideally, you have knowledge of the housing industry software RELion or WOWIPORT (Dr. Klein) and are familiar with the MS Office package (Word/Excel). You are characterized by independent, conscientious, and structured working methods, organizational skills, caution, discretion, and team spirit.
