Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated reinforcement for our team in Berlin-Mitte as soon as possible, to support us in the area of accounts payable and accounts receivable. If you are a proactive personality who enjoys working independently and takes pleasure in optimizing processes, then you are exactly right with us!

Tasks

• Accounts Payable: You are responsible for the entire invoice management – from downloading from online portals to formal checking and booking to digital archiving. You also handle payment transactions and are responsible for maintaining, reconciling, and clarifying supplier accounts, including supplier communication.
• Accounts Receivable and Claims Management: You book daily incoming payments as well as direct debit returns. For franchise and network partners, you manage B2B dunning (including installment agreements and legal action via partner law firm) and reliably clarify open items in German and English.
• Closings, Interface & Representation: You support us with monthly and annual financial statements, work closely with internal and external partners, and represent colleagues in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• General Ledger Process Development: You actively shape our workflows in and around accounting and accompany the introduction of new digital tools.

Qualifications

• Your Foundation: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
• Your Experience: Ideally, you have already gained valuable practical experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Your Work Style: We can rely on your reliability and accuracy. You are a real team player and have the necessary tact to always find the best solution for our company.
• Your Languages: You communicate absolutely confidently in German and have good English skills for communication with international partners.
