Clerk Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a "Clerk Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d)".

Tasks

• As a Clerk Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d) you check and record payment orders, changes to receivables, deferrals and waiver cases
• You post cash and non-cash payments, including returned checks, create the check deposit list and carry out internal offsetting, rebookings and netting
• You correct incorrect actual postings, resolve overpayments, create payment notifications and process complex cases in payment and accounts receivable management
• You process ancillary claims, send reminders for outstanding claims and initiate forced collections if necessary
• You prepare garnishment and assignment orders, check cost invoices from external service providers and coordinate enforcement results with the specialist departments

Qualification

• You have completed training as a bookkeeper (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the field of finance or accounts receivable accounting
• Ideally, you already have experience as a bookkeeper (m/f/d), Clerk Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d), accounts receivable accountant (m/f/d) or in financial and accounting processing
• You are characterized by a strong understanding of accounting software, a confident handling of MS Office and a quick comprehension
• Teamwork, communication skills and a service-oriented way of working on the phone and by e-mail distinguish you
• Negotiation-level German skills complete your profile
