Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

The Dovgan GmbH is the leading wholesaler of Eastern European foodstuffs in Germany. We import renowned brands from Eastern Europe, the Orient, and Larsen Danish Seafood, and supply nationwide to single- and wholesale trade.

Our central office is currently located in Hamburg-Billstedt – as of 01.04.2026 we will be moving to our modern office and logistics center in Hamburg-Harburg, with combined dry and fresh storage logistics under one roof.

👉 We are looking for a full-time Financial Accountant (m/w/d) to strengthen our team as of now.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Processing and booking of business transactions in the debtor and creditor accounting
• Verification and revision of open accounts and maintenance of customer master data (DATEV)
• Booking and synchronization of online shop payments (e.g. Amazon, PayPal)
• Processing of credit limit applications, collection requests, and damage claims
• Processing of EU deliveries, IGDG account checks, and evidence
• Verification of transfers between SAP and DATEV
• Management of the cash register
• Preparation of internal reports and statistics

Qualification

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or tax clerk training
• Multiple years of experience in financial accounting
• Familiarity with MS Office (particularly Excel), DATEV, and SAP
• Structured, reliable, and self-reliant working style
• Teamwork skills, trustworthiness, and communication strength
