Tasks

• You monitor and maintain financial data and keep main and subsidiary ledgers, including debtors, creditors, assets, inventory, and payroll accounting up to date.
• You record and check supplier and cost invoices, equalize prices and quantities, and correctly allocate costs.
• You maintain master data such as payment terms, bank connections or value-added tax regulations and clarify discrepancies reliably.
• You prepare payment flows, check sales tax bookings, and ensure a smooth cash flow.
• You support in monthly and annual closings and contribute to a reliable financial overview.
• You work closely together with departments such as procurement, sales, and finance leadership and ensure smooth coordination.
• You ensure that statutory requirements and internal guidelines are complied with.
• You work routinely with ERP systems and accounting tools and bring experience with modern financial systems.

Qualification

• You possess a completed commercial training or equivalent qualification with a focus on accounting.
• You bring several years of experience in the finance sector, ideally in a manufacturing or dynamic environment.
• You have experience working with ERP systems and accounting tools.
• You work structured, self-responsible, numerate, and communicate well.
• You possess very good German language skills; English language skills are an advantage.
• You are team-oriented and enjoy actively shaping processes.
