Export Clerk (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent processing of international customer orders from order entry to delivery of our logistics systems for tunnel construction
• Creation of delivery notes, invoices, export documents, and certificates of origin
• Organization and coordination of worldwide transports, as well as selection of suitable forwarding agents and carriers
• Processing of all customs formalities (Export/Import), including the creation of required customs documents
• Maintenance and updating of all master data (items, prices, customers) in the ERP system
• Independent creation and follow-up of supplier orders
• Monitoring of inventory levels, triggering of replenishment orders, and support with inventories
• Interface management between technical, sales, and logistics departments for smooth processing of international customer inquiries
• Handling of customer complaints and quality assurance of all export-related administrative processes
• Creation and maintenance of quotations, as well as correspondence with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarding partners worldwide
• Support in clarifying letters of credit, payment terms, and trade documents
• General administrative tasks and support for management

Your Profile:

• Commercial apprenticeship with experience in export, order processing, or logistics
• Sound knowledge of customs clearance and export regulations is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Very good language skills in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Independent, structured way of working, high degree of accuracy and sense of responsibility
• Proactive, communicative, and team-oriented personality with enjoyment of international contact
