What Your Tasks Are:

• You will process the monthly payroll and all related tasks reliably
• with your experience, you will support the time management system
• You will maintain and update personnel data records with care
• Your task includes processing the company pension plan and notification and certification matters
• You will regularly correspond with authorities, health insurance companies, and social security organizations
• In accounting-related questions, you will be available as a communicative point of contact for superiors, colleagues, and staff members

What We Expect from You:

• You have completed a vocational training in business administration, such as an industrial clerk (m/w/d), or tax consultant (m/w/d) and bring experience in payroll processing, preferably within a manufacturing company
• You have extensive knowledge of labor law and social security law that sets you apart
• You work efficiently with MS Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Your excellent numerical understanding helps you to grasp complex situations securely
• Reliability, discretion, and foresight characterize your working style
