Compensation Clerk (m/w/d)

As Compensation Clerk (m/w/d), you are responsible for a precise and timely compensation calculation as well as ensuring all relevant processes.

Tasks

• Independent implementation and coordination of monthly compensation calculations with DATEV
• Counseling and guidance of employees in compensation-related questions
• Communication with social insurance providers, financial authorities, and other external parties
• Maintenance of personnel master data as well as creation of certificates and evaluations
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory, tariff-based, and company-specific regulations
• Participation in optimizing HR processes

Qualification

• Completed commercial training with comprehensive knowledge in personnel management and compensation calculation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and salary calculation, ideally with DATEV
• Familiarity with MS Office, ideally knowledge of REXX
• Good knowledge of social insurance, tax, and labor law
• Structured and conscientious work style with high service orientation
• Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
