Part-time Payroll Clerk - ALDI Shared Services (m/w/d)

For this purpose, we are looking for a part-time payroll clerk who will support us in the processing of salary payments and other financial transactions. The tasks include, but are not limited to: preparing and processing salary payments, monitoring and controlling payment deadlines, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, performing calculations and reconciliations, identifying and correcting errors, and providing information and explanations to employees and management as needed. In addition, the payroll clerk will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as those related to social security contributions, taxes, and other labor-related matters. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration or a related field, at least 2 years of experience in payroll processing, and excellent analytical and organizational skills.
