Clerk Customer Service and Customer Support (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company, we are looking for you as a Clerk Customer Service & Customer Support (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You provide customer service regarding order-related issues in German and English.
• You enter orders and ensure proper processing and invoicing.
• Furthermore, you create and review cost estimates and process incoming customer feedback.
• You coordinate the processing of confirmed orders and keep track of deadlines and processing status.
• In addition, you support the team with general administrative and organizational tasks.

Qualifications

• The foundation is a completed commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d), or dialog marketing clerk (m/f/d).
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a customer support representative (m/f/d), customer service employee (m/f/d), customer service clerk (m/f/d), or inside sales employee (m/f/d).
• You have a strong service orientation and experience in handling customer inquiries and in the solution-oriented processing of concerns.
• In addition, good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP are desirable.
• Communication skills, organizational talent, problem-solving competence, and good English skills, both written and spoken, are important.
