Customer Service and Customer Care Clerk (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to fill the position of "Customer Service & Kundenbetreuung (m/w/d)“ as soon as possible.

Tasks

• You will support customers service-oriented in relation to order-related questions in German and English languages.
• You will record orders and ensure proper processing and invoicing.
• In addition, you will create and review cost estimates and process incoming customer feedback.
• You will coordinate the processing of confirmed orders and keep track of deadlines and processing status.
• You will also support the team with general administrative and organizational tasks.

Qualification

• The basis is a completed commercial training, for example as a clerk for office management (m/w/d), industrial clerk (m/w/d), clerk in wholesale and export management (m/w/d) or clerk for dialogue marketing (m/w/d).
• If possible, you will bring experience as a customer representative (m/w/d), customer service employee (m/w/d), clerk for customer service (m/w/d) or sales support employee (m/w/d) with you.
• You possess excellent service orientation and experience in dealing with customer inquiries and solving problems.
• In addition, good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experiences with SAP are desirable.
• Important are communication skills, organizational talent, problem-solving competence, and good English language skills in writing and speaking.
