To strengthen the Customer Service Team, we are looking for an engaged, team-oriented, and resilient personality who enjoys working in a modern and collegiate environment. Tasks - Independent processing of customer orders from A to Z - Close cooperation with the sales force - Monitoring of orders and delivery dates - Procurement and care of defined product groups and suppliers - First point of contact for customers from all over Switzerland and partly from abroad - Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system - Administration of relevant ISO 9001:2015 documents during repairs and complaints. Profile - Completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector - 1-3 years of work experience in an office setting - Experience in export/import is advantageous - Secure handling of Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems - Customer orientation, teamwork, and a sociable personality - Foreign language skills are a must: Swiss German should be fluent, good French or Italian is a must. English would also be an advantage!
