For the Customer Care department of our company, we are looking for a
Customer Care / Sales Representative (m/f/d)
Tasks
Your area of responsibility
- Maintenance and support of our customers
- Processing of inquiries
- Complaint handling
- Creation of preliminary calculations for price determination
- Offer creation, follow-up of offers
- Processing of orders with deadline tracking
- Delivery and invoicing of orders
- Occasional customer visits with field sales
Profile
Requirements profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as an industrial clerk, with several years of professional experience
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in the field of flexible packaging
- Negotiation skills, strong communication skills
- Good English skills, written and spoken
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
