Financial Controller and Accountant (m/w/d) sought – Full-time | Munich

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as an „Financial Controller and Accountant (m/w/d)“

Tasks

• You review, maintain, and clean up master data and ensure a high level of data quality for subsequent business processes.
• You support the processing of transactions from interim closings and ensure complete and transparent documentation.
• In addition, you will work on preparing annual financial statements and support coordination and data analysis.
• You handle administrative tasks in finance and accounting and contribute to timely completion of ongoing processes.
• You relieve departments of time-critical tasks and support special project topics.

Qualification

• The foundation is a completed training as a commercial clerk for office management (m/w/d), industrial clerk (m/w/d), tax accounting assistant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification such as an economic degree.
• If desired, you bring experience as a financial controller (m/w/d), bookkeeping employee (m/w/d), commercial employee (m/w/d) or data management accountant (m/w/d).
• You have experience in master data maintenance, data checking, or administrative tasks in the commercial environment.
• In addition, good knowledge of MS Office and experiences with ERP or financial systems are advantageous.
• Important are a meticulous working style, numerical affinity, reliability, and the ability to quickly adapt to existing processes.
