Accounting Clerk Reconciliation (M/W/D)
Job description
The SR Travel GmbH & Co. KG in Giessen operates internationally as a travel agency for group and series travel, supplier for the tourist direct sales, incoming agency for Germany and Europe, and understands itself as a wholesaler for all tourist single services, such as hotel, flight, train, transfers, framework programs, etc. We will continue to grow strongly and are therefore looking for new colleagues (m/w/d).
Tasks
▪ Data maintenance and pricing of supplier prices for group travel
▪ Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the data
▪ Ensuring the correct recording and settlement of services
▪ Reconciliation
▪ Clarification of invoices from both customer and service provider sides
▪ Communication with accounting, suppliers, and customers to clarify invoice issues
▪ Processing of customer inquiries and requests regarding invoices and payments
Qualification
▪ Completed commercial training in the financial sector or comparable study
▪ Experience in the tourism industry would be desirable, but not a must
▪ Good English skills in writing and speaking, further foreign language skills advantageous
▪ Safe handling of common MS-Office programs / Mac / DATEV
▪ Independent, efficient, and meticulous working style
