Accounting Clerk (m/w/d) Part-time

The Association of German Leisure Parks and Leisure Enterprises e.V. (VDFU) is the interest representation of leisure parks, indoor attractions, zoos, brandlands, and other experience-based facilities vis-à-vis politics and public opinion. Our member companies create unforgettable moments and leisure experiences for enthusiastic visitors across all generations and social strata, often having a high economic and social significance for their region.

To support our business and service center in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk (m/w/d) for an unlimited term of employment part-time (approx. 10-15 hours per week).

Tasks

Your core tasks in preliminary accounting will include:

• Invoice verification: Verification of creditor invoices and preparation for booking
• Document management: Organization and maintenance of booking documents in DATEV Unternehmen Online
• Communication: Clarification of open or incorrect invoices with suppliers, members, and partners
• Open items: Creation of OP lists and initiation of reminder processes upon agreement
• Expense accounting: Verification of expenses, e.g. travel costs

Qualifications

• Mandatory requirement: Experience in handling DATEV Unternehmen Online securely
• Ideal candidate has successfully completed a vocational training in the commercial sector
• Safe handling of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Floppy German language skills in writing and speakingOptional: You might enjoy rapid roller coaster rides, animals, and ice cream ;-)
