Accounting Clerk (m/w/d)

We are looking for a dedicated reinforcement for our team in Berlin-Mitte, who will support us in the area of creditor and debtor accounting. If you're a proactive person who likes to work independently and enjoys optimizing processes, then you're exactly right with us!

Aufgaben

• Kreditorenbuchhaltung: You are responsible for the entire accounts receivable management – from downloading from foreign portals to formal review and booking until digital archiving. Additionally, you will handle payment processing and take care of creditor account maintenance, including communication with suppliers.
• Debitorenbuchhaltung & Forderungsmanagement: You book daily incoming payments as well as overdue invoices. For franchise and network partners, you manage the B2B reminder process (including installment agreements and legal steps via partner law firm) and clarify outstanding items in German and English.
• Abschlüsse, Schnittstelle & Vertretung: You support us with monthly and annual closings, work closely with internal and external partners, and represent colleagues in debtor and main accounting. Prozessentwicklung: You shape our workflows in and around accounting actively with and accompany the introduction of new digital tools.
• Hauptbuchhaltung: You are responsible for the entire accounting process – from booking to archiving – and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, documented, and reported.

Qualifikation

• Dein Fundament: You have completed a commercial education or equivalent qualification successfully.
• Deine Erfahrung: Ideally, you could already gather valuable practical experience in creditor and debtor accounting.
• Deine Arbeitsweise: We can rely completely on your reliability and accuracy. You are a true team player and bring the necessary finger-tip feeling to always find the best solution for our company.
• Deine Sprachen: You communicate absolutely securely in German and have good English skills for exchanging with international partners.
