• You will identify missing documents and request them independently as needed
• The calculation of simple pension provision components is part of your job scope
• You will process simple correspondence and ensure a smooth workflow
• You will maintain and update Excel lists carefully
• You will be available as a contact person for telephone inquiries and answer questions politely
• You will create reliable incoming confirmations
• You will take care of the data base with diligence, paying attention to up-to-dateness and completeness

• You have a qualification or professional experience as a personnel clerk (m/w/d) or administrative/insurance employee (m/w/d)
• You bring good IT skills with you and use them securely in your daily work
• You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing
