Your Tasks:

• You will support building preparations
• You will take over general secretarial tasks
• You will develop building descriptions and plans
• You will coordinate schedules
• You are responsible for processing procurement procedures
• You review construction contracts and serve as a contact person for contractors and subcontractors
• You review invoices
• You manage new build and renovation projects

Your Profile:

• You have a commercial education in the building industry
• You can demonstrate several years of experience in a similar position
• You are confident in handling MS Office
• You have very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
