Clerk Order Processing (m/f/d) - Textile Industry

For a leading manufacturer in the textile industry, we are looking for you to strengthen the team in Customer Service in Lüneburg. The company produces high-quality fabrics for yachts, cars, and furniture and supplies international customers.

As a Clerk Order Processing (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the proper processing of incoming orders. You will work in a small team and be the contact person for customers and dealers.

We offer you

• Permanent full-time employment (38 hours per week) directly with the company
• Salary €3,500 to €3,700 gross per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
• Working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays until 3 p.m.
• Company laptop and company mobile phone

These are your tasks

• You will process orders in SAP from receipt to invoice
• You will look after customers in German and English
• You will answer inquiries from new customers
• You will take over after-sales support
• You will support the sales team from the back office

This is your profile

• You have a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, office management clerk, office communication clerk, industrial clerk, or clerical clerk
• You have professional experience in comparable areas, e.g., order processing, order handling, customer service, sales support, inside sales, customer consulting, logistics, or administration
• You are proficient in SAP and Excel
• You have very good German and English skills
• You work precisely, customer-orientedly, and enjoy teamwork
