You will ensure that our system is always up-to-date by carefully entering customer- and insurance-specific data. You will take on assigned cases and process them reliably in accordance with our service-level agreements. You will bring your ideas and actively work on improving processes. Your skills You have successfully completed a commercial education in the field of insurance and finance, or hold an equivalent qualification. You possess initial, verifiable professional experience. High self-initiative, decision-making, independent working, and solution-oriented thinking are second nature to you. You are familiar with MS Office applications, which is no problem for you.
