As Technical Support, you'll be embedded with engineering and DevOps to keep production systems healthy. You'll monitor infrastructure, triage incidents, manage cloud and database operations, and pick up meaningful SaaS ops skills fast. Pet Care SaaS | Coimbatore, India | Hybrid | 1 Year Experience What You'll Own Production Support Monitor apps and infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and ensure systems are running smoothly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical debt. Develop a deep understanding of our cloud-based architecture and database operations. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the pet care industry.
