- To perform the mapping of capacity restrictions in the factory, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to increase efficiency.
- To conduct flow studies, including supply line replenishment, inter-process flows, and internal movements.
- To follow up and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) of the factory, contributing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- To define the ideal quantity of carts and AGVs in different logistics flows of the factory, ensuring adequate service level.
- To execute simulations on software of productive circuits and logistics to validate scenarios and propose optimizations.
- To develop industrial and logistical layouts (CVU, process areas, storage zones, and picking areas), considering material flows.
- To pilot and implement project pieces in production lines, storage areas, and picking zones.
- To parameterize CLPs for defining and selecting pieces in picking areas
