Description of the job

• Develop, program, and validate industrial automation systems applied to areas such as bodywork, painting, and assembly.
• Prepare and interpret electrical diagrams using specialized software (EPLAN or SEE-ELECTRICAL Expert).
• Program, configure, and perform maintenance on Siemens S7 / TIA Portal Safety CLPs, ensuring efficient integration with industrial robots ABB and FANUC via Profinet and Profibus networks.
• Execute parameterization, installation, and connection of frequency inverters (Schneider ATV and Siemens G120).
• Configure and manage industrial field networks (Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus), ensuring stable communication between machines and systems.
• Apply electrical engineering fundamentals and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles in cabling, panels, and communication networks.
• Work on commissioning and putting into operation industrial robots, adjusting parameters and validating processes in a factory environment.
• Develop solutions for transportation and logistics internal systems in the automotive sector, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Prepare technical reports, training, and support to maintenance and production teams, ensuring standardization and continuous improvements in automation processes.
