S.388 N - Product Analyst

Description of the job

• Ensure the development of product/process or industrialization, according to the design rules within your scope of action.
• Apply agile methodologies to support the team, such as: Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and Scrum Agile Framework.
• Communicate with main stakeholders, protecting the team from external interferences that may impact workflow.
• Facilitate daily activities of the team, acting in resolving impediments and removing barriers.
• Ensure technical convergence, guiding team members towards necessary changes and innovations for company progress.
• Manage technical documentation on corporate tools (SIGNE, LUP, ANPQP, etc.).
• Validate documents, ensuring product quality according to ANPQP criteria.
• Motivate the definition of technical solutions and promote improvements in product quality.
• Act transversally with multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and synergy between areas.
