Description of the job

• Lead the development of platform components and systems under your responsibility, ensuring excellence in Quality, Cost, and Schedule (QCD).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and technical standards.
• Promote robust standardization of processes and technical solutions, aiming for reliability and repeatability.
• Ensure competitive supplies, aligned with the company's strategic objectives and project goals.
• Perform transversal management with internal areas and suppliers, ensuring technical and operational alignment.
• FOLLOW AND PROMOTE THE REDUCTION OF DEFECT CURVES IN PROJECT VEHICLES.
• Manage investments in engineering tools and resources.
• BUILD AND IMPLEMENT A ROAD MAP FOR COST REDUCTION.
• FOLLOW SCHEDULES AND PERFORM TECHNICAL VISITS TO SUPPLIERS.
• LEAD A PRODUCT ENGINEERING TEAM TO ENSURE DELIVERIES WITHIN QCD OBJECTIVES.
• REPORT QCD DATA AND COMMUNICATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH PHASE OF THE PROJECT.
