Job description
Description of the vacancy
- Ensure delivery of parts in correct quantities, deadlines and destinations, tracking delays and advances with suppliers.
- Ensure the process of launching logistical incidents in GQE.
- Maintain updated protocols for supply chain management with each change in contact information.
- Take actions to contain delays.
- Perform analysis of future volumes to treat positive or negative variations.
- Ensure inventory management.
- Validate and follow delivery plans and risk containment plans for supplier crises.
- Conduct physical audits at suppliers to compose action plans for crisis containment.
- Analyze supplier capacity.
- Develop and accompany action plans and evaluate recurrence of problems.
- Compose reports on technical visits.
