S.365 S - Painting Process Analyst
Job description
Accompany and support the industrialization of new vehicle projects in lines.
Contribute to the technical planning of industrialization phases, monitoring deadlines and deliveries.
Lead tests and validations related to quality indicators (KPIs), such as layer thickness, adhesion, and finish.
Perform statistical analyses and propose corrective and preventive actions aiming at reducing defects.
Optimize equipment and tools used in the application of painting products.
Prepare and update technical documentation: work instructions, validation plans, engineering documents.
Serve as a technical interface with suppliers of paints, equipment, and application systems, ensuring performance standards.
Interact with cross-functional areas such as Production, Quality, Logistics, and Safety.
Provide technical support in industrialization projects, failure analysis, and real-time adjustments.
