Perform diagnostic tests on vehicle electrical systems, focusing on whips, connectors, and modules.
Interpret electric diagrams and connection schemes, identifying faults or inconsistencies.
Execute continuity, resistance, isolation, and integrity tests on electric whips.
Use diagnostic tools (automotive scanner, multimeter, oscilloscope) to analyze failures.
Document and prepare detailed technical reports of non-conformities and proposed solutions.
Suggest corrective and preventive actions to optimize the reliability of electrical systems.
Support the engineering team in developing and validating new whips and electric components.
Ensure compliance with technical standards, project requirements, and automotive industry quality standards.
