Job description
Description of the vacancy
- Monitor and track dimensional plan (1D, 3D, SIMAP, PP);
- Metric measurement and data analysis according to plan;
- Calibrate geometry devices and validate measurement results;
- SUPPORT THE GEOMETRY ANALYST IN DIMENSIONAL CONTROL;
- Use quality tools: 4M's, 5 Whys, GEOM, Metrolog, Control Cards, SIMAP;
- Perform Gemba, mapping, pre-analysis validation, and process audits;
- Participate in N2 and QRQC meetings, presenting perimeter results;
- Focused on indicators such as GM, AVES, PDS, DPhU, GEO, VOR, STR;
- Suggest and ensure temporary and robust solutions for customer protection.
