S. 377 EM - Production Coordinator

Job Description:

Support the Betim unit in all productive processes, considering the startup and growth phases programmed for the years 2026 and 2027;

Coordinate all operations involving Stellantis client, from daily programming, potential non-conformities, risks, and other items that may put production at risk;

Activate the superior hierarchical and/or other areas and/or corporate area to resolve and unravel any problem/potential risk of operation;

Verify production schedules as well as final product quality;

Train the work team in productive methods and product quality;

Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety standards;

Be responsible for organization and discipline at the workplace;

Act with a focus on continuous process improvement, achieving results that meet expectations;

Care for the institution's heritage;

Follow rigorously the company's policies for sensitive information protection, ensuring secure storage with approved tools, disclosing information only to authorized individuals, and adopting preventive measures against unauthorized access;

Report immediately any suspicion of confidentiality violation, follow safe procedures for disposing of information, and participate in periodic training to stay updated on recommended practices.
