S. 373 EM - Paint Process Analyst

Opportunity to work in automotive painting processes, focusing on modifications of line, gauges and implementation of productive improvements.

Avaliar the capacity of existing processes for integration of new vehicles and technologies, sizing production lines and gauges, ensuring adaptation to process needs.

Work on projects implementing new production means in the Painting sector (Mastic, Primer, Basecoat, Varnish), participating in technical definition and specification of means.

Work with suppliers to ensure technical conformity and compliance with delivery deadlines.

Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Safety areas during project and startup phases.

Develop and follow technical documentation, flowcharts, and validation plans.

Ensure planning and execution of activities within the Painting perimeter, aligned with the overall project schedule.

Identify technical and operational risks, proposing mitigation plans.

FOLLOW process purchases, technical analyses, and acquisition of equipment and productive means.

Contribute to project performance indicators (cycle time, ergonomics, material consumption, appearance quality, etc.).

Conduct technical studies and support the installation and validation of new production means.
