  • Management, organization, and supervision of cages with materials
  • Ensuring that activities occur in an organized, safe, and documented manner
  • Risk reduction for the team and client, ensuring legal compliance
  • Strengthening safety culture
  • Preventive, advisory, and documentary actions on service fronts.
  • Activities related to Preliminary Risk Analysis
  • Conducting APRs with clients and teams
  • Daily DDS reports with operation and maintenance teams
  • Identifying specific risks from activities, such as electrical, mechanical, height, railway, and others
  • Recording control measures, EPCs, EPIs, and responsible personnel for safe execution
  • Evaluation and clearance of working conditions before activity start
  • Updating APRs whenever there are changes in scope, team, climate, or environment
  • Alignment with internal procedures and client safety policies
  • Recording evidence for audit and traceability, such as signatures, photos, and checklists
  • Ppreparation and maintenance of required documentation for site access and work execution
  • Work permit control, service orders, mandatory training certificates, ASOs, and APR and DDS records
  • Organizing physical and digital folders for internal audits, client audits, or regulatory agency audits
  • Controlling expiration dates and requesting renewals
  • Ensuring all collaborators have complete and available documentation
  • Emitting and updating delivery sheets and EPI control
  • Recording deliveries, exchanges, returns, and losses by collaborator
  • Verifying validity, certification, and usage conditions of equipment
  • Stock control, deadlines, and replenishments through spreadsheets or systems
  • Alignment with warehouse and procurement areas to ensure availability
  • Training collaborators on correct use, conservation, and hygiene of EPIs
  • Field inspections and operational support
  • Conducting periodic inspections at work fronts
  • Verifying compliance with measures defined in APRs
  • Following critical activities such as energized works, cargo movement, confined spaces, and height work
  • Emitting technical reports with photos, noting non-conformities, and recommendations
  • Ongoing orientation of teams on safe procedures and good practices
  • Participation in safety meetings with the client
  • Reporting incidents, near-misses, and non-conformities
  • Supporting the development and follow-up of action plans
  • Ensuring compliance with client-established security requirements
