S. 353 EM - Process Specialist (Design)

Job Description Development, industrialization, and evolution of manufacturing processes for sub-assembly of bodywork, with product/process integration and application of technical standards to meet quality, cost, time, and safety/environmental requirements. Viability analysis through simulation tools (CAE), technical documentation preparation, risk assessment, functional/technical specification definition, and supplier proposal validation. Planning and coordination of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving. Development of process documentation, including procedures, standards, and guidelines. Continuous improvement and optimization of processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Participation in the development of new processes and the improvement of existing ones. Development of training programs and materials for process operators and other stakeholders. Collaboration with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
