S. 309 EM - Process Analyst for Painting

Act as responsible for ensuring the performance of the industrial system in automotive projects, ensuring results in Quality, Cost, Schedule, and Human Resources (QCDRH), in partnership with the Project Manager.

The professional will be the link between development, process engineering, and productive plant, leading the definition, implementation, and validation of industrial means within the scope of new products and modifications.

General Responsibilities:

Monitor delivery of parts and ensure conformity with the master plan.

Align product/process activities with QCDP objectives.

Manage technical documentation, schedules, validation plans (ONE VAL), technical definitions, and material lists (ONE TD).

Participate in multidisciplinary groups (Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.).

Implement cost optimization strategies and financial performance.

Manage external suppliers and ensure conformity with quality standards.

Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.

Act as a focal point (
