Technical Management of Construction Works

Examine and validate prototypes and test bodies.

Control certification documentation for quality and technical conformity of materials and equipment.

Verify the quality of received materials and equipment.

Ensure compliance with contractual and technical documentation.

Participate in construction meetings, highlighting identified anomalies.

Emit and track non-conformity reports.

Financial Management of Construction Contracts

Participate in requests for contract modifications.

Control the budgets of contracted companies.

Receiving Construction Works

Participate in preparing lists of pending and reservations.

Control compliance with construction works and corrective actions by companies.

Gather and organize necessary documentation for project files.

Control the preparation of delivery files (As-Built projects, maintenance manuals, etc.).

Participate in writing reception documentation.

Aid in preparing documents required by public authorities.

Ensure that work is in line with RDB needs.

Project Management

Provide periodic summaries to the project chief about the quality of deliveries from companies.

Present these information through performance indicators.
