Rust Software Developer (m/f/d) for AI Coding

Your Responsibilities

• Rust Development with AI Support: Conception, development, and maintenance of our backend systems with a focus on Rust. You will intensively use AI tools as a "pair programmer" to build extremely performant and secure software architectures.

• System & Infrastructure Management: Confident and routine handling of Linux, Git, and Docker for the deployment, versioning, and scaling of our applications.

• API Development & Databases: Creation of blazing-fast interfaces as well as efficient design and query optimization, supported by AI-based analyses.

• Process Optimization: Automation of internal processes in the area of domain management and domain trading.

• Teamwork & Innovation: Close collaboration with other teams to understand requirements, evaluate technological trends, and quickly implement smart solutions in practice.

Your Qualifications

• Background: Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or comparable qualifications or many years of professional experience in software development.

• AI Coding (IMPORTANT): You do not necessarily need to be fluent in Rust at the time of application. What is crucial is that you possess solid general programming experience and can demonstrably learn new languages (like Rust) quickly with the help of AI tools and produce high-quality, performant code.

• Tech Stack: You have very good and practically proven knowledge of working with Git, Linux, and Docker.

• Soft Skills: Self-directed, solution-oriented, and structured way of working. You have an excellent sense for software architecture and let the AI handle the "busy work.".
